Once, by the river of time, stood a young girl….
… She stood gazing. Gazing at the water, their turns and their whirlpools. Fascinated by the underlying current, she realized it wasn’t flowing only downstream, but also stood in place and could turn around.
Hours passed, and her little legs grew tired, yet she could not leave this fascinating view of Water and its dance. Eventually, tired, she sat down… Not long after, she rested her body between the vast roots of an enormous tree, standing by River Time, and fell asleep.
And in her dreams, she became water…
And in her dream, she was also the fish… the current… the shells… the crabs… the whirlpools…
And in her dreams… she was held like never before…
When Sun raised its head and Water reflected its glorious light, the girl woke from a sleep unlike any before. Nourished, awakened, knowing.
What was it that she knew?
What messages came down in her dreams? Healing? Transformation?
She walked toward Water. Her luminous reflections shone at her with a calm smile. She placed her little foot in Water. Not any water. Water flowing in River Time.
“Take me,” she found herself saying to River. “Where to today?” River asked, a sparkle in its voice.
“Home, to myself,” responded the girl.

Stories take us back to ourselves.
When crafted by another, they are powerful. Wonderful. Healing.
When crafted by you, for yourself, or for your children, the children in your life, including teens and adult children, they become something else entirely. A gift passed from one soul to another. An offering of love, acceptance, and embrace.
When the story is for someone you know, it becomes magic. Healing, nourishing, inspiring. A reaching hand from you, and from Spirit, co-creating together, toward the one the story is for. An invitation back home to oneself.
Maybe you’ve already felt this. Maybe you’ve read a story I’ve shared, here or in one of my books, and felt something in you settle. Or open. Or both. And some part of you thought, I wish I could do this. I wish I trusted myself enough to close my eyes and let something true come through.
And then, just as quickly, the doubt arrived. What if nothing comes? What if I get it wrong? What if I accidentally tell my child who they should be, instead of helping them remember who they already are?
That doubt isn’t a sign you’re missing the gift. It’s only the gift, still waiting to be trusted.
This course is where that trust gets built.
Together, we’ll lay the foundations for receiving these sacred stories. You’ll deepen your understanding of how they flow, and where they come from. And you’ll practice, until this tool sits so naturally in your field that sharing a healing story with your child, or anyone you love, feels less like a skill and more like a remembering.
Sharing mythical healing stories with others is, to me, the most beautiful gift I know how to offer or receive.
By the end, here is what will be true for you:
You’ll be able to close your eyes and let a story flow through you for your child, or the children in your life, without needing to perform confidence first, because the confidence will already be there.
You’ll know how to frame and structure these stories so they land gently, without quietly planting your own interpretations inside someone else’s healing.
You’ll have explored the techniques and tools that help these stories arrive, so receiving them stops feeling like chance and starts feeling like practice.
You’ll be able to guide your own child, or the children in your life, in crafting healing stories of their own.
Personal feedback and guidance are provided through the course platform and through email, every step of the way.
When?
This course lives fully in the recordings: six sections, 22 lessons, paced in chunks that fit a real parent’s life, with exercises and practice woven through so it has somewhere to land.
From time to time, when the season feels right, I open a live gathering too, at no extra cost to anyone already inside. If one is coming, you’ll hear about it here and in my newsletter.

FAQ
Q: What is the difference between the recorded course and a live gathering, if one is open?
A: Different people learn differently. Through the recordings, you move at your own pace. The course includes six sections and 22 lessons, with exercises and practice built in. Everything you need is here, and feedback is provided through the course platform and by email.
When a live gathering is open, it adds the deepening of shared practice and real-time feedback, a space to explore and practice together. Live sessions are partly recorded, and what’s recorded is gradually added into the course for everyone, with new questions and reflections folded in.
Q: If I join a live gathering, will I also receive the recordings?
A: Yes. Anyone who joins live also receives all of the recordings.
Q: How long is a live gathering?
A: Up to two hours. We begin with tuning in, move into teaching that deepens from one session to the next, and leave plenty of room for practice and questions. If a session is scheduled, dates will be shared here and in my newsletter ahead of time.
Q: Will there be a replay?
A: Yes. The teaching portions of any live session are recorded and added to the course when they add something new. The recording includes only what I share. It won’t include participants’ comments, the Q&A, or the stories and teachings that arise in the room itself, which is part of why I always encourage joining live when you can.
I know live sessions don’t always land at a reasonable hour for everyone. The recordings, along with a summary of the insights and teachings that emerge, will always be there for you either way.
Q: Will I receive feedback if I stay with the self-paced version?
A: Yes. Every participant receives ongoing feedback on the stories they receive, and on whatever questions arise along the way.
Q: For how long will I have access to the course?
A: For as long as the course is available, and for at least one year from the day you join.
Testimonials
“I’ve wanted to receive stories for a long time, but something always stopped me. I joined this course with some hesitation, and to my surprise, it actually worked. Efrat took us step by step, making sure it’s all clear. The lessons are short and manageable. I finished in a week, and only then started practicing. Both my 6 year old son, and my 4 year old daughter, now ask for a daily story. It’s magical.” – V. India
