Who is it for
It is for you if you are experienced with various tools and wish to share them with your children to foster greater understanding, language, and ways, yet still wish to receive some guidance on how to share spiritual/energetic tools with your children.
It is also for you if you have yet to practice any energetic or simple spiritual tools and you are seeking parental understanding, language, and guidance, with a clear focus on tools that are appropriate for children (and that children relate to), and guidance on how to share these tools with your child or teen.

Throughout this course, we will explore 7 groups of intentionally simple, grounded tools, including:

(3) Centering
(4) Stones & Crystals
(5) Nature & Earth
(6) Journaling & Mindmaps
(7) Shamanic Journeying
Each topic includes a recorded video lesson.
In each topic, we will explore two or more related exercises.
All tools (other than the shamanic journey experience) also include downloadable coloring pages for the young (and also for the teens). Coloring pages often help us bridge explanations. They are especially helpful with the tools we will explore – tools that are learned by experiencing (and less by mental understanding/explanations).
