As UniverSoul Promises was only recently published (November 2025), I am now slowly adding the six promises shared in it to this course (the first three were shared in The Promise We Made, and are already part of the course).

When The Promise We Made book came out and my clients and colleagues started reading it, they repeatedly commented that reading it takes time (true also to UniverSoul Promises…). Many paragraphs invite thought and observation about one’s own life, journey, family, or relationship with one’s children. They asked for tools to bring it into their lives. This feedback and requests planted the seeds for this course.
I asked myself what would help others go through the same transformation?
The Promise We Made & UniverSoul Promises Course, invites you to integrate, release, and honor your journey. In the lessons and teachings offered, I reflect on my story, which I encourage you to read before you embark on the deep journey I am offering you here in this course.

- The Promise of the Motion of Love—What is the Promise of Motion, and how to set the motion of LOVE for you and your child(ren)?
- Sections 8-13 – each focus on six additional soul promises shared in the UniverSoul Promises Book – slowly being added to the course.
- (Soon to be Section 14 (and not 9)) Taking it all forward—How to incorporate the tools, exercises, and insights from the process offered in the course into your everyday life, share them with your family, and apply them to other themes you want to work with.

FAQ
Q: What is included in the course?
A: The course includes eight sections divided into 33 lessons. And soon, as the six additional promises explored in UniverSoul Promises are added, it will include an additional 26 lessons. Lessons include videos, texts, exercises, downloadable PDF summaries, worksheets, and further resources.
Q: How long will it take me to complete the course?
A: The course is self-paced. Some lessons require listening only, and these are all short. Other lessons are about experiencing. These may require 5 minutes or an hour (different for each exercise and mainly depending on your pace). Videos are between 5 and 20 minutes. However, each lesson offers an invitation to deepen and exercise, experience, and transform. You will need a quiet space and time to allow the healing to transpire within you. For some, this course will take two months, and for others, it may take more. At most, I expect it will take 3 weeks on average for each section, thus up to 6 months.
Q: Can I fit this course into my full parenting life?
A: Yes :). The course is designed with busy parents in mind. Each lesson is divided into chunks. You can listen to the video, which will take 20 minutes at the most (shorter for most lessons), including the time of opening your device. Then, you can read the texts or get clarity about the exercise or invitation. The next chunk of time, and maybe the most challenging, would be creating the time to practice. This, too, when done separately from listening to the video and preparing, will mostly be no more than 45 minutes (also depending on your personal pace).
Q: Do I have to read The Promise We Made book and UniverSoul Promises before this course?
A: I recommend that you do. Other than in necessary sections, I do my best not to repeat what you can or have already read in the book.
Q: What if I have any questions during the course?
A: This course invites you to deepen, and I, Efrat, your teacher, will do my best to be available. I promise to respond to your questions within 72 hours (hopefully less).
Q: My children are already teens/young adults/do not live with me, is the course still relevant?
A: Any personal work that we do, helps our child(ren). It releases them from doing our work for us, offering us invitations to heal and become, and frees them to dance their own journey. So, yes! Energetic healing ripples and find their way to our loved ones.
Q: For how long will I have access to the course contents?
A: You will have access, with encouragement to show up for yourself and your family, and make the most out of this process, for as long as the course is available, and for at least one year from the date you joined.
Q: Can I change my mind?
A: YES! If you are not fully satisfied after practicing the course, you can request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
