There are so many oracle card decks / spiritual cards out there.
To be honest, I don’t find any of them perfect for working with children or teens.
The reason is that all of the ones that I am familiar with (and I am definitely not familiar with all of them) include a word or words on the cards.
Words interact with our rational mind, while the intention of working with oracle cards is to work at the mythical and symbolic layers.

However, there are two card decks that the children and teens in my groups always ask for:
Earth Magic Oracle Cards by Steven D. Farmer.
Scared Traveler Oracle Cards by Denise Linn.
Another amazing card deck is the Medicine Cards by Jamie Sams and David Carson.
The advantage of this last deck is that it only includes the name of the animal on the card. The cards themselves don’t offer any interpretation.
The teens in my groups love exploring the meaning of the archetypes (always after they have come to their own understanding of the card they drew from the deck).
This deck is also available in many languages.
