I wrote both from my own story, including the near-death experience that first opened these questions for me, and I share more of that story inside the course. What’s actually inside The Promise We Made – UniverSoul Promises Course?
Right now, eight sections across 33 lessons, with six more sections on their way as the remaining UniverSoul Promises are woven in, roughly 26 more lessons in total. Every lesson includes video, text, exercises, guided meditations, downloadable summaries, and worksheets. Whatever stage the course is at when you join, you’ll receive every new section as it’s added, at no extra cost.
How long will this take me?
There’s no single answer, because this isn’t a course you rush through. Some lessons are short listens. Others ask you to sit, to feel, to practice, and that might take five minutes or an hour depending on what’s moving in you that day. Videos run 5 to 20 minutes. On average, most people give each section about three weeks, which puts the full course at around six months, though some move faster and some slower. Either pace is the right one.
Can I actually fit this into my life as a parent?
Yes. Each lesson breaks into small pieces. Watching the video takes twenty minutes at most. Reading and understanding the exercise takes a few more. The piece that asks the most of you is the practice itself, usually under 45 minutes, and that’s the part worth protecting time for.
Do I need to read the books first?
I recommend it. This course doesn’t repeat what the books already gave you. It builds on it.
What if I have questions while I’m working through it?
I’ll be here. I respond within 72 hours, usually sooner.
My children are teens, or grown, or don’t live with me. Does this still matter?
Yes. The healing you do ripples outward whether your child is beside you or not. It frees them from carrying what was never theirs to carry, and it frees them to walk their own path. Energetic healing finds its way to the people we love.
