What is Spiritually Aware Parenting?
Your answer, mine, and the ones offered by others will be largely defined by how we each define spirituality.
For me, the most spiritual life, is about walking who we each are in our essence. This essence is always about love and luminosity, yet it plays differently for each of us. Potentially aligned to our blueprint and how we wished to walk this lifetime.
Who is the Journey to Spiritually Aware Parenting Course For?
The journey to Spiritually Aware Parenting invites you to a process of releasing, honoring, unweaving, and freeing your essence.
While this process offered can be applied to any theme and the whole you, my invitation will focus on various aspects of our humanness limiting, binding, and hindering our ability to be and parent from our essence.
This course is for any parent willing to leap and say YES to seeing everything they need to see about themselves and healing everything they can heal on their own.
It is an invitation to be brave and become.
Lessons are mostly about exercises and invitations to deepen, release, and honor.
For many, this could replace private one-on-one sessions.

FAQ
Q: What is included in the course?
A: The course includes 11 sections with overall 46 lessons. Lessons include videos, texts, exercises, downloadable PDF summaries, worksheets, and further resources.
Q: How long will it take me to complete the course?
A: The course is self-paced. Some lessons require listening only, and these are all short. Other lessons are about experiencing. These may require 5 minutes or an hour (different for each exercise and mainly depending on your pace). Videos are between 5 and 20 minutes. However, each lesson offers an invitation to deepen and exercise, experience, and transform. You will need a quiet space and time to allow the healing to transpire within you. For some, this course will take two months, and for others, it may take more. At most, I expect it will take 3 weeks on average for each section, thus up to 6 months.
Q: Can I fit this course into my full parenting life?
A: Yes :). The course is designed with busy parents in mind. Each lesson can is divided into chunks. You can listen to the video, which will take 20 minutes at the most (shorter for most lessons), including the time of opening your device. Then, you can read the texts or get clarity about the exercise or invitation. The next chunk of time, and maybe the most challenging, would be creating the time to practice. This, too, when done separately from listening to the video and preparing, will mostly be no more than 45 minutes (also depending on your personal pace).
Q: What if I have any questions during the course?
A: This course invites you to deepen, and I, Efrat, your teacher, will do my best to be available. I promise to respond to your questions within 72 hours (hopefully less).
Q: My children are already teens/young adults/do not live with me, is the course still relevant?
A: Any personal work that we do, helps our child(ren). It releases them from doing our work for us, offering us invitations to heal and become, and frees them to dance their own journey. So, yes! Energetic healing ripples and find their way to our loved ones.
Q: I am actually interested in a training for shamanic/energy medicine work with children.
A: Training is planned for 2026. To join, you must first complete the Journey to Spiritual Award Parenting experience, sharing all the basics. Indeed, you may be familiar with it all based on prior training and your experience. However, we must continually engage in our own personal work. Thus, completing this personal journey will be a prerequisite for joining the training (in addition to a personal interview). Info will be shared when dates have been set.
Q: For how long will I have access to the course contents?
A: You will have access, with encouragement to show up for yourself and your family, and make the most out of this process, for as long as the course is available, and for at least one year from the date you joined.
Q: Can I change my mind?
A: YES! If you are not fully satisfied after practicing the course, you can request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
